Educational use only — not medical advice. All content, calculators, checkers and courses on this site are for education and general information. They are not a substitute for professional clinical judgement, device instructions-for-use, local protocols, or advice from a qualified health professional. You may read and use the free content for your own education and clinical learning. You may not copy, republish, resell or redistribute substantial parts of the site, or use it to train commercial models, without our written permission. Trademarks, logos and course materials remain our property or that of their respective owners.

Accounts, courses & subscriptions

Some content requires an account or a paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Prices, features and course content may change. Paid plans renew and can be cancelled as described at checkout and on the Pricing page.
Refunds, where offered, follow the terms shown at the point of purchase and the policies of our payment processor.

Listings & directories

Paid listings (for example equipment, conferences or study programmes) are provided by third parties. We do not endorse or verify every listing, and inclusion is not a recommendation. Advertisers and listers are responsible for the accuracy of their own submissions.

Clinical accuracy & safety

We take care to reference clinical content to primary sources, but medicine changes and errors can occur. Safety-critical information — including implant conditions, contrast, SAR limits and emergency doses — must always be confirmed against the current, full source documents and your own institution’s policies. Device safety decisions require the manufacturer’s current instructions-for-use and an MR safety expert.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Yield Imaging is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
